As part of the conclusion of the contract / the booking of the shooting, we collect and process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and preparing our services as best as possible. For this purpose, we not only store your name and address as well as your contact details, but also further information about the planned wedding, the guests and the location or other necessary details about the upcoming shooting. This is all to prepare us for the day of the shoot and to be able to create unforgettable memories for you.

In addition, we use some of the photos taken at your wedding for our own advertising purposes (in which no people/faces are recognizable). This is done without giving your last name or other contact details. These photos (in which no people/faces can be seen) are mainly distributed in digital form on our own website, but we can list and publish them elsewhere in connection with references.

Sending individual galleries

Finally, we upload your finished shooting pictures to the www.scrappbook.de or www.pic-time.com platform to give you access to all the photos here. The Scrappbook platform is operated by Photostore24.online GmbH, the Pic-Time platform is operated by Pic-Time LTD.

We send the finished photo galleries to each customer via an individual link. We use third-party providers to do this, as follows:

Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.
